The last tower computer i owned was a dell and when i opened that up after 5 years it looked like a squirrel built a nest haunted house inside. I have noticed that with desktops sitting on the floor they seem to get more dust into them quicker than if the pc was sitting above the ground on a desk. How bad is it to have your pc on carpet l.
