Kid Is Pooping In Floor

Then recently he has begun pooping on the floor 3 times now once next to the toilet once in his room and today he did it at preschool right as nap time was concluding.

My 3 year old son has been potty trained for over a year now i recently had a baby she is 7 weeks old. I am wondering if he is doing it just to get attention and what we can do about it. I agree with terryj2 my difficult child would revenge poop in his pants every time i put him in time out. He is the middle child and now all of a sudden he has been pooping and peeing all over. If a poop on the floor happens no reaction. This has me incredibly concerned.
